You are eligible for Limited Warranty support for a period of one (1) year commencing upon the date of retail purchase of your Flare Audio Product ("Warranty Period"), subject to applicable local law.

All new Flare Audio products will have the Warranty Period listed above. If you are uncertain whether your Product is eligible for Limited Warranty support, please contact us.

Please note that consumable items, such as memory foam replacement tips or memory foam earplugs (FOAMIES®), are not covered by the Limited Warranty as they are intended to be replaced depending on frequency and/or manner of use. Due to the personal nature of the intended use of consumable products, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened for any reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
