Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unaltered, and in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns for consumable items such as: Replacement Tips, EarfoamsĀ®, and FoamiesĀ®. Please note that this policy only applies to orders placed through and is not applicable to any purchases through authorised retail platforms or third-party sites such as Amazon. 

Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at to obtain a return authorization and further instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a tracked service. We recommend that customers retain proof of postage until the refund is processed.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you seek to cancel your purchase because you claim that the product is defective or that there has been damage or error on our part, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund or otherwise via email within a reasonable period of time. Products returned by you because of a manufacturing defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Refunds for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will offer a full refund within 100 days of purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If exchange rates apply, the refund amount may differ from the original purchase price due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
