COVID-19 Updates

Due to the current global pandemic, we are seeing some delays with deliveries to certain countries.

The delivery status of different countries is changing daily depending on individual countries responses to the pandemic such as lockdowns and delay of imported goods/mail; as such we ask for your patience at this time.

We would recommend, where possible, upgrading your shipping to an express courier service if you are at all concerned about a delay with your order


Due to this, we have set the maximum time you may need to allow if your order hasn't arrived within our estimates (See table above). If your delivery exceeds this maximum time, please contact us.


Important Delivery Information

  • A signature is required for all express deliveries. If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, Flare Audio ltd cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing.

  • All local customs charges, import duties and local taxes, if applicable, are payable by you on delivery.

  • Please note that couriers do not deliver over the weekends.

  • Any orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
